Is it easier to change status from tourist visa to permanent resident / Green card with I-797 approval while in USA, if so how much time it takes for converting the status. 3. Can one get one's son to US on tourist visa and get his status changed along with primary Beneficiary myself, as we applied for him along with Primary Beneficiary myself. 4.
