Is that true? considering Biden's manifesto ,  F4 Quota will be doubles from 7 to15%, Country wise system will be removed so that  country like India's wait time should reduce. Considering Family re-unification, USA may introduce temporary work based visa to F4 category once their i-130 will be approved.

You're absolutely up-to-date on the potential changes to the F4 visa category. Indeed, President Biden's immigration reform proposals aim to address the lengthy wait times and backlogs in the family-based immigration system, including the F4 category. Some key proposed changes that could impact the F4 category include: 1. *Doubling the F4 quota*: Increasing the quota from 7% to 15% of the total family-sponsored immigration visas could significantly reduce wait times. 2. *Removing country caps*: Eliminating country-specific limits could help alleviate the backlog for countries like India, which has been severely impacted by the current system. 3. *Temporary work-based visas for F4 applicants*: Introducing temporary work-based visas for F4 applicants whose I-130 petitions have been approved could provide relief for families waiting for their priority dates to become current. While these proposals are promising, it's essential to note that they are still in the process of being debated and implemented. The U.S. immigration system is complex, and changes can take time. Stay informed about the latest developments, and consider consulting with an immigration attorney to discuss how these potential changes might impact your specific situation.
