Bro, as of september 2020 results (final action date is the date when your visa will be available) the current final action date for india F4 is 03-08-05 (filing date is the date when you submit all the requrements for change status interview and make an appointment) the current filing date 11-22-05 if the result every month just move 1 month until it reaches 05-30-2011 you would have to wait around 5 years 6 months until your filing date to be current but don't feel sad, the results comming out every month are very good as of this year. because sometimes the movement is not just one month. like in my case, for the past 8 months since january 2020, my wait time is reduce 3years or more. you can check it yourself every month. go here: https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/legal/visa-law0/visa-bulletin.html goodluck
