I'm filing AOS under F2A category and just wondering do we need an interview at uscis office like marrying a US citizen? We have been married over 2 years, is there any chance that they can waive the interview? Thanks
Typically after biometrics, you will receive a letter informing you of your interview date. You and your spouse should bring supporting evidence of the relationship (photos, joint checking account, joint lease, joint mortgage, and birth certificates of children, etc). Some interviews can be recorded.
