Today i was at work after 2 days off. i check uscis.gov every day to check my case status it just stuck in my mind that i should check my status and when i entered my case number it was suprising and was a big relief that atleast one has through... my case was approved on august 14 2013 [biggrin] [biggrin] [biggrin] [biggrin] [biggrin] [biggrin] [biggrin] [biggrin] [biggrin] [biggrin] [biggrin] and uscis sent me a mail which i haven't recieved it yet waiting for it. Oh yes i forgot everybody want to know my priority date is may 2, 2013. it is really surprising that it happened so fast.. I wish it should go fast till my wife get an interview date ( she is outside US).
so i have big question that every i130 approved applicant have.. what will happen next? what are the next steps? how much more time will it take to get this case completed?[/color][/b]

Hi! Thank you very much for enlightening me but I have a question regarding your gc calculator...I checked my priority date using it and it replied
Congratulations, your priority date is current.
WHAT DOES IT MEAN? Pls help I'm a little bit confuse......[confused]
It means the PD is current.
1. If you are inside US, you can file I485 application (even if I130 is pending)
2. If you are outside US, you will have to wait for I-130 to be approved. After that NVC will set up an interview.
