Hi All I am on F1 Visa OPT EAD, and married green card girl and i got my parority date current, now i am filling I 485,in that they are asking to fill all employers where i worked. I am on opt and i worked on 1099 on my opt EAD but i came to know we can't work on 1099 as it is independent contractor, we opt EAD people can only work on W2. I am confused what to write in employers list. Please help me. Thanks in Advanced.[confused] [confused]
