My EB3 PD is March, 2004. I am getting married to an U.S citizen in september, 2013. Should I stay put or file a new petition based on the married status?

You can have two different application filed at the same time (one of them in EB category and other in FB category). You can send a note (when filing FB application) mentioning that you have already filed EB application earlier.
