The recent set of RFEs coming from TSC asks for Employment Verification Letter including Educational Requirements for the position.
I have a [b]3 year Bachelors + 3 Years Masters [/b]from India.
My PERM listed Educational Requirement as [u]Masters + 2 years of experience[/u]. 140 approved, 485 filed a year back and then I had to change job (company acquired and laid off).
I now have an RFE to submit a Employment Letter . The RFE says Employment Letter must include Educational Requirement for the position.
The New Employer's letter says that Educational Requirement for the position is "[u][i]Bachelors + 7 years of experience . Alternatively , Masters + 2 years experience will be accepted[/i][/u]".
Job duties mathes, salary exceeds (not a lot but it is more than ) what is mentioned in PERM
Q1. Do you think there will be any problem ?
Q2. Is there is a potential issue, can I change job now (after getting the RFE) and send a new letter through the new employer ?

It depends on the USCIS officer looking at the case. Please see this link from USCIS:
You can change job anytime. But each RFE has a response time limit. I think it would be around 87 days to respond.
