My i130 has been transferred from Vermont to Nebraska, but this office doesn't take care of i130. So is it a good thing or not really? PD 09/27/2012

@tabula_rasa
what date was your case transferred?
yes this is a good thing, you will be approved soon. my application was transferred to Nebraska on August 17 and on August 27 l was aproved. Are u doing AOS in the US?
You got approved faster, good for you, congratulations!!!. I was in the states at the time when we applied, but i had to leave soon after. So now i have to go through a consular processing. May be thats why it takes longer
YEs, they have started transferring some I-130 cases to NSC

I keep saying this process is brutally random. My file was transferred from VSC to NSC and approved in 10 days.
