hi amazon ... my pd is oct 2012 (phils) under f2a. case completed already and waiting for interview date for june. july vb is expected to be released on june 10 +++... what if my interview date is june 15 , then vb for july retrogressed. what will happen to my case?
July visa bulletin is valid from July 1 to July 30 only. Hence it should not affect interview date in June.

amazon what if im scheduled on june 27 for interview... and will takes few days before they will issue my visa. probably its july already. how does retro affect such case?

Typically it should not affect. You can also check with the interviewer and they would be able to confirm it.
