Topic: Re-entry after 9 months due to Covid-19

Hi. Im green card holder currently outside U.S for 9 months. My initial plan was to return within 6 months which was around May/June, but due to Pandamic Covid-19 all flights were cancelled. Then unfortunately i got infected with Covid-19 and had to be hospitalized for a month. Now im fully recovered and doctors have allowed me to travel. I have read on internet that if u stay outside for more than 6 months, immigration officer at port of entry can deny u entry and consider it ur intend to abandon ur green card. Im worried for myself. Will i be allowed entry in U.S? My intentions are never to abandon my green card. I was helpless due to on going pandamic. Needs expert opinion. Thank you
