I submitted my D260 and civil documents last week. Now AOS then l will be DC by NVC. My PD is not far. Congratulations on your approval by NVC. When are you leaving?

Awaiting the interview date still. The priority date might be current in November Visa bulletin. Just hoping for the best.

Good. No worries. You are definitely in line. The wait for IV is exhausting. If one is impatient it may just pass you. But it's worth the wait as when you get to the US you can be anything you want and turn your life around. Thanks for contacting me and please stay in touch. And please inform me how your interview went (past tense) and when you will leave. I may have just made a friend who l will reconnect with in the US.

When you receive your SSN, what employment plans have you made? My goal is to hit the ground running. My mother wants me to become a CNA after doing the course, but I think it would be a waste of time. She won't realize this until I arrive in New Jersey. I'll perform odd chores like cleaning, sanitation, construction etc I'll cherry-pick tasks much later on when I can stand up since I like working with my hands. What I want to avoid is squatting in people's homes for up to a year. Disrespect will first manifest itself subtly. That's not what I want.
