I am currently in India. My priority date will be current tentatively on Sep, 2022. I have few qns when i will become current. Do i need to take any steps at this moment? What are the good Indian immigration farms can help me on this? During I-140 filing, i dnt remember whether i have selected NVC or Adjustment of Status, currently i am in India, so i have to opt for NVC, is it correct? and how can i shift it to NVC processing?
