Hi! AOS was entered on their system for review on October 17 while the IV was October 23.. haven't heard from them though. Still waiting for an update. Expecting an update this coming week. Hopefully no checklist! Lets hope for the best and update each other. Thanks!

Hi there! My IV documents were already accepted. Unfortunately, I got a checklist with the i864. Checklist response was entered to NVC system on November 20. Hoping for a good news and case complete on the second week of December. How about yours? Thank you!

Quite a good news. But at least you've already submitted your response to the checklist. Mine is still in review. Both the the AOS and the IV documents. I hope I could hear a good news from them next week. How long did it took NVC from the time you submitted your IV documents to the acceptance?

IV documents were entered on their system on October 23. I got an email from NVC after 18 business days which is November 18 reminding me that they are waiting for the response on the AOS checklist. The email also indicate that they have reviewed the documents and received the requested immigrant visa application. I called NvC the following day and the agent told me that the documents are now okay and they are just waiting for the checklist response. Hopefully, I'll be case complete this coming December and praying for an interview by February if there's no retrogression. Thanks!

I will update you! By the way, when did your IV and AOS entered NVC's system? You can call them at exactly 15 business days after they entered them to their system for you to have an update of your case. I will also wait for your update! And yes, we will make it to February 2014 interview. :)

My AOS was entered into system on Nov6. iV documents was entered just yesterday. Let's hope for the best! Sorry for the late reply. :)

Hi Gvin. Thank you! On exactly 15th business days (around 2300H eastern time), I called NVC and the operator told me that.. " Your case is completed, Just now." I also sent an email inquiry at NVC on the 9th of December and they responded that The NVC completed its processing and the petition is waiting for an appointment to be scheduled at the U.S. Embassy or Consulate in my country.
