Hi, I recently received my F2A immigration visa. With retrogression likely to happen soon, two questions came to my mind:

Does retrogression affect me after the visa was issued or does it loose it's influence?
Is it a problem if I travel to US just a few weeks before my visa expires (3-4 weeks before most likely) - and retrogression took place?
Thanks in advance!

1. If GC is already issued, it does not matter if dates retrogress later. 2. Are you talking about immigrant visa or non-immigrant visa? Non-immigrant visa have a fixed validity date.

Hi Amazon! In June the dates will retrogress right.. If visa is issued in May and the PD is not current anymore in June, it does not matter if the POE is in June right? As long as we already have the visa? TIA!
