Hi! We're just preparing the i-864 form. We found out the recent year of my husband's income tax (2012) is lower than of the poverty guidelines. The 2nd most recent is higher (2011). We're having a hard time. Who has the same situation with us? Give us good advice. Thankyou!

Joint sponsor, or if your husband has any other assets: house, retirement, etc? Yes I believe you can also add household members income, but I believe that falls under joint sponsor
