Hello Amazon
My PD is March 2009, so I guess looking at the projections it seems I won't be current. You mentioned in your article in Oct visa bulletin, the dates will retro, is this for sure?
Also how will I know if my case is pre-adjudicated ?
Thanks

It could retrogress back to 2005. We will add a blog post about this (since many people are asking this). Originally Posted by: Radalk Also how will I know if my case is pre-adjudicated ?

You can call USCIS and request to speak with USCIS L2 officer. L2 officer, at their discretion, can provide that information. You can also get an infopass appointment and they could (again at their discretion) provide that information. |
