I filed the I485 on 2/14. I will be out of the country the whole month of June. There are some good chances that the I-485 will be approved while I am out of the country. I have a valid H1B (till 2015) and should have my AP approved by then (not sure I needed it).

Is it an issue to have the I-485 approved while out of the country? Or can I just re-enter using my H1b?

Thanks!

If you have a valid H1 stamp, you can use H1 stamp to reenter. If I485 is approved while you are traveling, you can tell this to officer at the entry port. They can check your record and allow you to enter with correct status. Make sure you do not enter on H1 status if the I485 is approved.
