[b]Hie, i am new to this forum, my category is F4 with PD 13th sept 2002, I have to pay IV fees now, I want to know how much more time to go, the visa bulletin shows the current date for F4 is 8th feb 2002. Also my age is 22 and my name is not there on the ceac website, i guess CSPA applies to my case so what should i do as to i can accompany with my parents. Please help.[blink] [/b]
