Hello, I was added as a dependant to my husband's application after marriage and we had biometrics done and interview to prove our marriage is real. This happened in May 2012 and by the time dates became unavailable so the officer who interviewed could not help us in providing visa number though he was interested to give us gc and approval. SInce then dates have never reached our PD Jan 2008, When I look at status it shows still in initial review stage. How to know whether our case is preadjudicated or when we will get gc. Your help is appreciated. Thanks

You can call USCIS office and ask to transfer to next level officer to get this information. USCIS officer (at their discretion) can give that information. Other option is to do an infopass appointment. Again USCIS Officer (at their discretion) can give that information.
