hey amazon i am confused about which name to use in I-864 form. In my passport i used my father's name as my middle name. now i just got married this year. my passport expires in 2019 so i didn't make any changes. waiting till my passport expires so i can add my husband's name instead of my dad's. so my question is should i use dad's name (as in my passport) or husbands name (as on marriage certificate)? please help and thanks in advance.

You can confirm with attorney. You can try using your maiden name (before marriage) since most of the documents will have your old name on it (unless you changed them). In one of the forms (DS 260 or 261), they also ask you to specify other names you are using. In that form you can add your new name. If most of your documents have the maiden name use that name.
