hi, please help, my case closed in nvc, and the us embassy in my country is closed,so can i make my appoitmant in other country, and how longe time takes to forward to other embassy

You can contact NVC and give them a change of address. They can help in transferring the application to new address.

It could take 4-8 weeks. However if the application is already at consulate and consulate is closed, it may take longer.
