I-797c this courtesy notice is to advise you of action taken on this case. the official notice has been mailed to the authorized representative. any relevant documentation included in the notice was also mailed as part of the official notice. preliminary processing of the above application of petition has been completed, and it has been transferred to the uscis office at: 2350 sam Houston paky, Houston tx 77087 that office will notify you when they schedule an interview on the application or petition. any further inquiries should be made to that office.\ this is message I got today... does it mean that I will have an interview for 100% or? they will have an interview if they needed it.. plz help me.. does anybody got this message so far???? cant sleep...

According to link above, if it is transferred to local office, USCIS could require an interview. You can call them for updates.

i just call them and they said it is normal process for work load reason.. is that true???? i really want to know the ppl who got this message and what happened.. i know im thinking too much.. but.. still no good feeling..

Hi kk When they say that priliminary processing has been completed does that me your case was approved i don't understand?

@molly I dont know, if you get any transfer notice letter plz let me know what it says I call uscis customer center and they said it just transfereed for work load And some said i will be called an interview... :( Man! I cant sleep

hi kk i can understand how u feel but no i have not receive the notice as yet but based on what they posted when i check for case update they just said it was transfer to your local USCIS office i will keep you posted

I got same message as yours when i check mystatus at online But when i got hard copy of this notice it actually said that it is transferred to Houston location and also said about interview things. Plz update me when you got your actual hard copy!! it will be in your mail box soon. Thank youbso much for your help

hi kk i got my notice today but all it says is that my case was transferred to nabraska service center and they now have jurisdiction over it and they will contact me when neecessary
