Hello Amazon I have a 2010 PD and was wondering if the passing of skills visa act will push the EB2 India ahead to July 2010. It says additional 55k visas to Stem grads. And my profile falls into that. Please advice of it is wise to wait or not. Thanks in advance

The probability of this bill becoming law is very low. House wants piecemeal bills which wont work in Senate. Senate want one comprehensive bill which would not work in House. So these guys would have to sit down and figure out how to proceed. Remember this is the same/similar Congress which nearly refused to raise the spending limit of 16 trillion.
