Here is my question with F2A becoming current if I get my Conditional FB GC can I convert it to a permanent employment based GC when the EB PD becomes current in future? I am not sure how is the EB PD going to progress with so many upgrades EB3 china is ahead of EB2 china which is so ironic in August 2013 visa bulletin Will the EB2 PD again jump like by 2 years ?? May be not as there are so many pre adjudicated cases until May 2010 which may saturate the available numbers. So only am having this wierd question about switching the GC types from conditional marriage based to permanent EB in the future for reasons whatsoever. Thanks

Thanks[/quote] I am guessing you mean EB2 India. That is unlikely unless there are huge amount of unused visas in FB category. If you get GC from one category first, the other category should automatically be closed (or USCIS will ask you to withdraw one application).

Let us say that I move my pending 485 from FB to EB due to reasons whatsoever and my Both dates are retrogressed. So what will be impact on renewing EADs?

It would completely depends on which adjudicator you get. Some will allow you to substitute the I-130 for your I-140, while others will make you file a new I-485. Let them know that you have an I-485 on file. Include a copy of the AOS receipt notice and ask them to consolidate the two files. If you are in EB2 India - it could be along time before dates reaches May 2010.
