I got case completed last Jan 24. Me and my husband are looking forward to an interview this coming April.. With Mexico retrogressing, I'm being anxious! Hoping and praying that there'd be no retrogression any time soon........ :-" Amazon, any thoughts on next month's VB? :)

"F2A: No forward movement is expected" Does this mean that the cutoff will remain the same or there is still the possibility of a backward movement?

Per the latest "inside" news from USCIS, F2A category is expected to retrogress around July 2014. Mexico retrogressed earlier due to much heavier demands.

Hello, Our case was approved mid January and we are waiting for Embassy in Dominican Republic to provide date to schedule interview. I was hoping this part of the process had been a little faster but it is taking its time. Hope we get the notice soon. Any other folks with a recent experience with DR processing? Thanks

When I call NVC they say my case was completed on 24th of January. But I have not received any email so far saying case is complete. [confused] Marione05, Did you get case complete email yet? When I check case number prior to mine in NVC case tracker, they are also in ÁT NVC status. Are they retrogressing the date??[mad]

Are they retrogressing the date??[mad][/quote] Yes, we received the case complete e-mail last Jan 31. And when I called, they said we were cc last Jan 24. It's normal.. :) It will remain "At NVC" until such time that an interview has been scheduled and then NVC will send the docs to your embassy, it will be "In Transit" then when the embassy receives the docs, it will show "Ready". :)

Hi everyone I got a problem Abt submitting document now Iam in United States and my husband is in India and I got checklist from Nvc and they said they need a police report from passport office and now my husband got police report from district office and can I send that now in Nvc? Police report from passport office it takes time and my husband will submit in interview is that ok?
