Sure, that is the most likely date based on crunching numbers on available data. I also mentioned in that blog post that the dates can change depending on (a) how many cases are processed by Sept 30 and (b) how many cases with PD in 2011 and 2012 are currently pending.

There are typically three dates when crunching numbers: (a) best case scenario (b) worst case scenario and (c) median of those two. Since October VB is start of new fiscal year for USCIS, there are lots of factors which would affect date movement. July to October VB have the most forward movement and retrogression (since spillovers are typically applied in July and it must be used by September).

The new processing times are available to check on the USCIS website: https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/processTimesDisplayInit.do This is from June 30th, I guess it is completely irrelevant since they are processing cases on a random basis and they are transferring cases to other service centers as well, but its good to know...

Thanks FK! Do you know if I-130 timelines from Nebraska SC are available somewhere?

Its the same site, you just have to pick Nebraska SC. As I just checked they normally don't process I-130 Forms, but since you were transferred I think it is gonna go faster over there. As you can see they process every other forms pretty fast, so logically thinking they have the capacity to process I-130 cases pretty quickly. I think that is a smaller SC, so hopefully they will get to your case soon. Mine is still at Vermont...

amazon , just curious ... so happy for those approved ones... but why is it the approval is so random? bec there's still 2011 filers waiting for noa2? what's the sense of having pd?
PD is used by USCIS when VB has a cutoff date. If the category is "Current" in VB, then USCIS will process application from all years (2011 to 2013); instead of only from 2011. This may also look good in the USCIS report (that they processed cases in 2013).
Hi amazon, My priority date is jan, 2013. If uscis is processing 2011 to 2013, Is it almost sure to be approved with in CURRENT?
hi amazon, just wanna ask why is it aug 2013 filers got noa2 so fast... is there's a reason ? thanks
