Hello! This is my first post.. =) We just got an RFE on our F2A petition. Can anybody share their experience..? =) Can we call the USCIS to know what's our lacking evidence? Or we just need to wait for the mail? If we submitted the evidence, how long does it usually takes to get an approval? Thank you so much! =) Btw, our pd is April 12, 2013

RFE means that USCIS is either missing some documents or they want an updated copy of the document. Since your PD is April 2013 and you got RFE, this means that some of the USCIS officers are currently processing cases in April 2013 batch. Typically they will send RFE notice to your lawyer (or to you if you do not have one). You can also call USCIS and talk to Level/Tier 2 officer and ask them for more details for RFE. RFE typically have 2-3 months response time. You can find more details on RFE below: http://blog.mygcvisa.com/2013/04/how-to-file-i-485-application.html http://blog.mygcvisa.com/2013/06/eb2-india-prediction-2013-2014.html

Hey Marione05. What service center are you guys? Please add your case to the tracker. Thanks. We are PD 8th of April, so hopefully everybody will get approved soon. Thanks. @ Amazon: Just a quick question for you. Me and my wife only been married since February 2013, even though we've been dating for a very long time. In case we get approved and we can move forward with our case, I believe we will have to file some papers after she gets her GC, since it has not been 2 years. Do you know how that goes? She'll still have the same benefits as any other LPR right? Thanks
Thank you Amazon for the very informative response! =) Will still there be a possibility of denial? [confused]
USCIS denial rate is around 10-25% (depending on category). They are unable to guarantee approving every application that they receive.
