[biggrin] Hi guys, i was thrilled by the PD estimator and so decided to get on this very informative train[biggrin] My wife's I-130 was approved yesterday. our priority date is Nov. 29, 2013, so im guessing we are current as we speak, or at least in the next couple of months. The thing is, i just got a job in a neighboring country and have made plans for my wife to join me in October. I plan to keep entering the US every 5 months until my wife gets her visa. My questions are these: 1. Can her interview be moved from my home country to her new location (when she does relocate)? 2. From your experience, before her interview? Home country is Nigeria. 3. Should we continue her travel plans or should we just wait and see. Personally I am sick of waking up alone[sad] Your responses will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

You can call NVC and give them a change of address. You may have to hurry since her I-130 is approved and PD would be current, NVC would start setting up interview at her old address.

Hey Promix, your F2A category and your PD was Nov 29. 2012 ? And you got NoA2 yesterday, the approval from USCIS? I just want to know because we my wife's PD is April 8th 2013, so we might have a chance if they keep up the great work at USCIS and work hard to move forward. Please let me know. Thanks. Little hope is always good :) Thanks and congrats! Best of Luck to you! FK

Thanks Promix you must be a US citizen right? I am a permanent resident, so I am assuming we re a little further back in the processing times... I just hope USCIS will synchronize their pace with the VB, otherwise it makes no sense to keep it Current for F2A. I am happy for you guys, hope you 2 can reunite soon. FK

really? I guess thats good news for us then. Did you ask for congressional help or expedite process? or just simply USCIS is working faster than usual?
