Hey everyone, I have a few questions would like to ask here since i am kinda worried about my case. My sister has been in U.S. for 10 years, she married to USC, and became USC about 3 years ago. Once she became USC, she filled out I130 for my parent, and my parent got their GC about 2 year ago. Right after they became residents, my mom filled out I130 for me, and it got approved on 04/21/2015 More informations about me follow: I am currently F-1 visa full time student.(Entered USA on 12/16/2012, never went back until now) Nationality: Chinese Category: F2A (Unmarried child under 21) Date of birth: 01/07/1994 PD: 04/08/2014 Approval date: 04/21/2015 Visa bulletin current: 10/01/2015 Basically, it shows that under CSPA calculation, my CSPA age should be 20 years 8 months and 11 days. I filled out my I485 on 10/20/2015 (Received date) Notice date: 10/23/2015 Biometrics notice date: 11/19/2015 Also I just have done fingerprint at my school because I got a job on campus, they have to check my background(Crime .etc), so I assume the FBI check should be fine, I know there are other investigations too, but i just want to provide this information. Question: 1. Am I absolutely qualified for CSPA? 2. Will I be most likely asked for an interview after fingerprint?I have done that before for getting my F-1 VISA. 3. If they do ask, what would they ask for? 4. Does it look like very positive or promising to get approve of my case? Thanks everything, I would greatly appreciate if anyone can answer or analysis my questions and concerns.
